Terms of Service

Last updated: November 4, 2026

Thank you for using Sourcefleet! Sourcefleet is operated by Spiralsoft. When we say "Company", "we", "our", or "us" in this document, we mean Spiralsoft. When we say "Services", we mean sourcefleet.ai and the Sourcefleet application, including the coding agents and sandboxes it runs for you. When we say "You" or "your", we mean the people or organizations that own an account with our Services.

We may update these Terms of Service in the future. Whenever we make a significant change, we will refresh the date at the top of this page and notify account holders. When you use our Services, you are agreeing to the latest Terms. These Terms contain a limitation of our liability.

Account Terms

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the ways you sign in to it, such as email links and any GitHub or Google account you connect. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to meet this obligation.
  2. You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
  3. You are responsible for all content and activity under your account.
  4. Accounts must be registered by a human. Automated access that you authorize through the Services, such as the agents you run, is permitted, and you are responsible for everything it does.

Coding Agents and Your Code

  1. The Services run AI coding agents on your behalf. Agents can read, write, and run code in the repositories and tools you connect. You choose what to connect and what each agent may do.
  2. Agents can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing their work, including code, commits, and pull requests, before you rely on it, merge it, or deploy it. The Company is not liable for errors or omissions in agent output or for the consequences of running it.
  3. To do their work, agents send your instructions and relevant code to the AI model providers listed in our Privacy Policy. By using agents you consent to that transfer.
  4. You may not use the Services to attack or gain unauthorized access to any system, to mine cryptocurrency, to send spam, to escape or probe the limits of a sandbox, or to impose unreasonable load on the Services or on third parties. We may stop any agent or sandbox that we believe is doing so.
  5. You must have the right to give us access to the repositories, credentials, and data you connect, and you remain responsible for complying with their licenses and terms.

Payment, Refunds, and Plan Changes

  1. If we offer paid plans, prices and what each plan includes will be shown before you are charged. Paid plans are billed in advance, and we may suspend an account until payment is made.
  2. All fees exclude taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for paying them unless we are required to collect them.
  3. We consider refund requests case by case. Contact us at frontdoor@spiralsoft.ai.

Cancellation and Termination

  1. You can cancel your account at any time by contacting us at frontdoor@spiralsoft.ai.
  2. Your content becomes inaccessible from the Services as soon as your account is cancelled, and is permanently deleted within 60 days. We cannot recover it after that.
  3. We may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Services for any reason at any time. Abuse of a Company employee or officer will result in immediate termination.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

  1. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
  2. If we change our pricing, we will give existing customers at least 30 days' notice by email before the change takes effect.

Uptime, Security, and Privacy

  1. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. We provide them on an "as is" and "as available" basis and do not offer a service-level agreement.
  2. We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, isolate each account's data and sandboxes, and give agents only the credentials their task needs.
  3. We use third-party vendors to run the Services. The vendors we use, and the data each one handles, are listed in our Privacy Policy. Integrations you connect, such as GitHub or Google, are also governed by those providers' own terms.
  4. When you use our Services, you entrust us with your data. You agree that Sourcefleet may process your data as described in our Privacy Policy and for no other purpose.

Copyright and Content Ownership

  1. You give us a limited license to use the code and content you provide only as needed to run the Services for you. We claim no ownership over it, and the code your agents produce for you is yours.
  2. The Company or its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Services, including all intellectual property rights, except for open-source components, which are governed by their own licenses.
  3. You may not reproduce, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Services without our express written permission, except as an open-source license allows.

Features and Bugs

We build the Services with care, but we make no guarantee that they will meet your specific requirements. We test features before shipping them, but the Services will have some bugs. We track bugs reported to us and prioritize those related to security or privacy.

Liability

You expressly understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable, in law or in equity, to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Services; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) code, changes, or other output produced by agents; (v) statements or conduct of any third party on the Services; or (vi) any other matter relating to these Terms or the Services, whether as a breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or any other theory of liability.
